Cody and Hayes Martin have provided a first class experience on all of our office build-outs. Most recently they completed our approximately 15,000 square foot adaptive reuse of the former Cooperstown Historic Building in the Warehouse District in Phoenix, Arizona. We engaged their services early on in the design phase to work alongside with our Architect and Design Team in order to assist us in meeting our financial objectives and ultimately delivering a finished product on time and within our budget.
Cody and Hayes have excellent and prompt communication skills and have brought knowledge, experience, integrity and a proven track record to our construction projects. They have been a valuable asset in helping us to keep up with growth of our business and demand for additional office space.

I worked with Hayes Martin of Martin Building where they performed a remodel of a 2,000 square foot office space on my behalf. The remodel included demolition of walls, electrical, flooring, plumbing, cabinetry and trim. Hayes and Martin Building exceeded all my expectations throughout the project.
They truly removed the stress out of this normally stressful situation. Our remodel was completed on time and was under budget. Hayes contacted me on a daily basis on the project and he worked seamlessly with the subcontractors as well as my designer, landlord, telephone network and security company. Any small problems that arose were identified and solved promptly.

As the manager of the historic building located at 101 East Jackson Street in the Phoenix Warehouse District (a.k.a. Cooperstown), we were more than pleased with the quality of construction, attention to detail and professionalism provided by Martin Building Company and its principals, Hayes Martin and Cody Martin.
Martin Building Company coordinated and constructed the improvements (and requisite demolition) of our 16,000 square foot building on behalf of our tenant. During the process we experienced first-class construction along with first-class communication. They delivered the building on-time allowing for our tenant to move in as scheduled.
101 E. Jackson is on the Historic Registry, therefore attention to detail and attention to the proper means and methods were critical in order to improve the building without jeopardizing the historic designation. Martin Building Company surpassed our expectations. We would highly recommend their firm to any building owner, whether for a historic building renovation or other commercial construction project.
